Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

(b) On October 20, 2022, Rackspace Technology, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that Subroto Mukerji, EVP and President of the Americas region of Rackspace Technology will be retiring from the Company. Mr. Mukerji will remain with the Company until November 15, 2022 to assist with the transition. Mr. Mukerji’s departure is not the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
